Michael Kara has worked in real estate for over 15 years and it was always his dream as a kid.  "I'm excited to change with the market each and every year," he says.  He has extensive experience with home renovations, home construction, home buying and home selling, short sales, purchasing properties for development and investor portfolios.

Michael says that the downturn of the real estate market provided a golden opportunity for many of his companies: "We adjusted to the consumer's needs and provided superior service with short sales long before most companies even knew what a short sale was.  Our companies grew by 100% in 2008 when most companies were closing their doors."

Michael stays optimistic about the real estate market and the direction of the economy.  "My goal is just to keep learning.  There are always new trends emerging and new ways to operate in this fast-paced real estate world."
