APPROVED! A Short Sale Blog Series - Introduction

Posted by Michael Kara on Monday, April 4th, 2011 at 1:39pm.

I was having lunch with a close friend and frequent business collegue over the weekend.  Our relationship is one that allows for weaving conversation patterns, from family and sports back to our businesses and the economy.  We began discussing a deal I had done last year that he had a connection to and together started recalling all of the great people we've worked with and our successes and trials with the short sale learning curve.  All at once I decided that it would be a good idea to reflect on some of my previous work, and I thought a blog would be a great format for this!  We'll see how this goes, but over the next couple of days I'm going to bring to light some of the closings I've had.  I think this small project will be informational for my peers, educational for my team, and introspective for myself!

I hope it can be useful information for you too.

Warmly,
